Paradigm Festival, Melbourne (2019) Held at “The Nursery”, Flemington Racecourse Paradigm Festival hosted over 10,000 people, with 3 custom stages of electronic music, art installations as well as food and market offerings. Eventiv wrote all event documentation from scratch, applied for the Major Event Liquor License, Place of Public Entertainment Permit and managed all engineering and sound monitoring requirements.
The Pleasure Garden, Melbourne (2016+) The Eventiv team provided complete event management for this one-day music & arts festival in St Kilda’s Catani Gardens. This involves end-to-end planning, applications, stakeholder engagement & consultation, bar & trader management, emergency planning & safety management, and budgeting.
Hari Belia Negara, Malaysia (2013 & 14) Engaged by the Malaysian Government Department of Youth and Sport, Eventiv (formally Parachute International) was engaged to design and manage all elements of this complicated national festival. Attended by over 900,000 people across the three days of operation, the Parachute team were able to transform 3 square kilometers of the administration capital of Malaysia (Putrajaya) into a colourful and exciting celebration of Malaysian sport and youth arts.
